Water Jet Capabilities:

We have 2 Flow International high pressure water jets with a maximum workspace of 6' x 12'. We can cut a large array of materials including Steel, Armor plate, Aluminum, plastics, rubber, glass, lexan, ceramic, marble, granite, brass, copper, carbon fiber, wood, glass, inconel, monel, hastelloy and more . Our Waterjets have the capability of cutting up to 10 inches thick or more if needed. Our Water jets can hold a tolerance of .005 or better if required. Both of our Water jets use Active Tolerance Control to produce more accurate parts at significantly higher cutting speeds then a conventional Waterjet. Cutting with a water jet can be advantageous to people or companies like Military Defense contractors who's part requires no heat affected zone or materials that come in contact with solvents or oils. We carry a large inventory of sheet and plate in stock including Steel, Aluminum, chromolly and various alloys.

High Speed CNC Tube Processing Center:

This sophisticated machine uses high pressure plasma to cut round and square tube can accept tubing 5/8” to 2” in diameter with a wall thickness of .049 to .500. We carry a large inventory of Chromolly, DOM, and EWS Mild steel tubing, square and round in stock. If you need to have tubing bent we have an answer for that also with our Programmable Pines Mandrel bender. For your machining needs we carry a Fadal CNC Milling center and a CNC Hass lathe. Our press brake is a 10 foot wide 100 Ton Accupress with a programmable backstop. Our welding capabilities include TIG, MIG, MIG/PULSE and MIG SPRAY ARC.
